Biden Administration's Humanitarian Parole program

 
May be eligible to apply for a green card using Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
To apply, they will need to:
  1. Check their eligibility for permanent residence
  2. Gather required documents, including:
